Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Insider Filings service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service description

Insider Filings provides a monitoring service for SEC insider trading filings. The Service tracks Form 3, 4, and 5 filings and provides alerts and filtering tools based on user-defined criteria.

Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscription and billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Billing and subscription management are handled in the app. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Use of service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

No investment advice

The Service provides data, alerts, and filtering tools. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or guarantees about investment performance.

All investment decisions are your own responsibility. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

Data accuracy

We source data from SEC EDGAR, which is publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided.

The underlying filings are submitted by companies and insiders, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions in those filings.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Insider Filings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insider Filings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
